DAP Door USA brings Karataş PVC's factory-direct doors to American builders, distributors and retailers. Since 2015, Karataş has focused on composite (CRP) construction — a material that outlasts wood and MDF because it is never affected by water. Today the company runs two factories in Turkey, exports to 17 countries and stocks a wide product range right here in the United States.
Karataş PVC Door Factory has been growing since 2015 with a single conviction: the interior door could be done better. Most doors — in Turkey, the U.S. and worldwide — are built from MDF, which absorbs water, swells and wears out. Karataş concentrated its production on composite materials that never absorb water, so its doors stay straight, sealed and beautiful for years.
